Your boy Caleb got screwed! He and the others who play professional sports should've been exempt, but then again, how many things has the government done lately that make any sense.

They had a great interview with Brett and McClelland (umpire) today and they both acknowledged that had Brett made it to him, McClelland would have whipped his ass. He's about 6'5" 250 with gear on and a bat in his hand. It was a pretty damn funny exchange.

Oh hell yes do I remember and celebrate that event. LD is right about Martin. He's so smug because he knew exactly what he was doing waiting to point out the pine tar.

My favorite part by far, FAR is Brett coming out of that dugout like a house aflame. It's one of the few sports moments I can see in my minds eye. Just pure awesome right there.

Totally agree on the first three points. As far as the pine tar incident....one of the funniest, most overlooked parts of the whole thing is Billy Martin. I was always a huge fan of his anyways. But that little SOB was so smug after Brett was called out. He was never more proud of himself....
